Very interesting Zo, some friends of ours are involved in a scheme in the North York Moors National Park and Howardian Hills area to survey and help Turtle Doves in those areas. In the last couple of years they have had a lot of cooperation from farmers with planting suitable crops.

Sorry for the late reply. It That scheme to survey and help turtle Doves in the North York moors national Park and Howardian Hills areas sounds interesting. I think Its good that they have had a lot of co operation from farmers with Planting suitable crops since that is beneficial for the Turtle Doves. Turtle Doves are called the fastest declineing bird species in the uk. And its migratory to the UK aswell.
