From my limited knowledge and lack of Ciabatta, I say it might be a Fulmar, but probably not??

juv black headed gull?
That is a tough one. It reminds of a species, but I cannot put my finger on it. I'd go for a juvenile little gull, but something about its body shape keeps making me think of phalarope. Then again, probably neither....
