Which wagtail is this??

Question

Anyone able to identify this little fella? I don't think it is a Pied wagtail unless a female. Could it be a White Wagtail??

Hi, 
 this is a winter female Pied Wagtail - it has a smoky grey back. Winter males have blackish backs. 
 White wagtails are seen in Britain in Spring and autumn. In autumn and winter plumage they have very pale grey backs and the black on the top of the head is restricted and sometimes absent. It's a quite distinctive plumage but not always illustrated in field guides.
