pochard,?? the bill doesn't look quite right though
I agree with the Female Crested Pochard in the second picture
As for the Pipet, I am sure an expert will ID with ease

I think you're first bird could be a meadow pipit, you're second bird I'm going to take a guess at a crested pochard lol

The first photo appears to be a Skylark, and as cds has identified the second photo. I would agree it is a female Red- Crested Pochard.
