? Stock Dove

Question

Hello, this bird has been visiting my woodland garden since spring last year. I initially assumed it was a juvenile woodpigeon as I get lots of them here and it always seems to be with them, but it hasn't developed the white neck patch in a ll this time! 
 
 I've lived here 23 years and have never had feral pigeons visit and it doesn't look or have the jizz of a pigeon. 
 Can you confirm if it's a stock dove please?

the irridescent green around the neck and the black curves around the back of the wing 9tertials wing coverts i guess) are good signs of a pure bred stockdove and not some pigeon feral hybrid thing..........some show alot more like 2 to 3 black bars on the wing when folded cheers
