What is this feather?

I wanted to check what woodcocks' feathers looked like before replying and found a whole website dedicated to feathers :) www.featherbase.info/.../rusticola
My other options would be [Jack] Snipe, but based on the site above it is more likely to be Woodcock.

I would be very surprised if that wasn't a pheasant feather.
