Can anyone identify this bird we spotted off the Pembrokeshire coast today? Cheers

Looks like a cormorant... not sure what's going on with its feet, unless it's stood behind yellow feet shaped rock!

I wondered if it was a shag as the beak is quite thin ........... but those feet have got me very confused!

The feet are what confused me though a friend said straight off a juvenile cormorant

Checked on google & it seems that a juvenile Spotted Shag has yellow feet!

Forehead is very Shag-like but those feet!

And it does seem to match with Juvenile Spotted Shag as Wendy has suggested but that bird is endemic to New Zealand so that would be very rare indeed.
