Please can someone identify this bird?

Please can someone identify this bird? It flew into my next door's out house sometime yesterday evening - they noticed it when they went to lock up last night. They left it out this morning and they seem to think that it's a Sikin but it doesn't look like a Siskin to me the colours don't seem right, not enough black on wings, no stripes etc. But I do have loads of Skins coming to my feeders. To me it looks like amaybe a Warbler of some kind or even a young Grey Wagtail lol. Just not sure. Sorry about the pictures but they were taken on their camera phone in artificial light, any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm no expert, but I'd go down the warbler route. 
 I think a chiffchaff.

Certainly not one of the Finch family (wrong shape beak) and tail doesn't look long enough for grey wagtail, so I'll side with Mike on warbler, and most likely chiffchaff.... But don't quote me, I'm notoriously rubbish at warbler ID (and also thrushes and pipits )

As said it's almost certainly a Warbler, either Chiffchaff or Willow Warbler I think. Looking at ehst looks like lighter colour legs, longer wings and the facial pattern I will be brave and suggest Willow Warbler. No doubt we will have several views on this which is how we learn

As you say Jeff, it isn't a Siskin and I think both Mike and PB are correct with a warbler; now as to which one, the experts will have to sort this out for as Chiffchaff and Willow Warbler are hard to separate unless you have a trained eye or you have heard their song/call which can easily separate them. I'll say Willow Warbler as Pete has already suggested as the wing length looks a tad longer and legs paler with bold eyestripe. Having said this its probably a chiffchaff. !!! Wait for more opinions.
