Hello, today I was in Glen Rosa on the Isle of Arran. The valley is known to have a family of Golden Eagles. I saw, what I thought, could have been an Eagle. It was hard to get an idea of scale as it was flying quite a distance away, so I'm not completely convinced it was an Eagle. I've attached some photos which might help identify the bird. It was doing a regular screech/call, perhaps calling for a mate?
Thanks,
Hamez

Our herring gulls are red listed birds. Think about that the next time you hear some flaming idiot calling for a cull of them.
