Please can anyone help identify this bird? It has been regularly coming back and forth to my bird feeder over the past week.
I did initially assume it was a female blackbird, but looking more closely I'm not so sure.
It is golden brown in colour with white wing tips, and appears slightly larger than a blackbird. Its beak also seems thicker, longer and more hooked than a blackbird's.
