House Finch, Linnet, Twite or something else

Question

I've been able to identify most types of birds through RSPB and other sources but can't be sure about this one. I would have said house Finch, Linnet or Twite but the flat head doesn't seem to fit

There's a tiny hint of red on the top of its head - lesser redpoll, maybe?

Ausie Pete if you are in the UK you can rule out House Finch as it is not a UK species, it has quite a small beak and looks a little patch of red on the head so maybe Lesser Redpoll but I'm only looking on a small tablet at the moment so others might have better views on a larger screen.
