Thanks for your help recently with identifying a wader on the estuary. Today I was walking through farm fields. I saw these two. The first photo - clearly not shy and happy to pose and I'm thinking it might be a Meadow Pipit?
The second photo - on the ground and a lot more skittish (apologies for the poor quality). I'm not sure if it's the same as the bird on the post or something different.
As ever, help would be greatly appreciated.

if you managed to see the bird fly, was it an up/down flight path, which if my memory is correct, it typical of meadow pipits.
