They look like sea Eagles to me, or at least a large bird of prey

If you enlarge the piocture the wing size in relation to the body looks too small to be a large bird of prey and the body shape looks very Corvid like.

They look very like hooded crows to me, too. Dark wings, dark tail and dark head (just visible in the image) is characteristic.
