Does anybody know what animal sound this is?

I hear it every day, it's very cute! It's like "Life is good, I am having a good time."

Someone else suggested that... no, definitely no neighbour hiding in the bushes! :)

Have had a Google and can't really find anything similar. could it be some kind of Pigeon or Dove?

I don't know, we have lots of doves and wood pigeons around but none sound like this.
