I was on a walk in a small stretch of woodland and came across this (along with my first bullfinch and whitethroat) I think it could be a linnet but I haven’t seen one before so perhaps I’m being optimistic? Poor photo but it had a pinkish breast and it looks like there is some red in the photo.
