Sand Martin?

House Martin - a Sand Martin would have a brown band around its throat. Chasing insects in mid-air requires maximum manoeuvrability, so the tail is used a lot, helping to change direction as well as air-braking. You can see though that the outer feathers are much longer than the central ones, giving the forked tail when closed.
