I saw this bird on the sea Ice north of Barrow Alaska in 2006. I'm writing about it and can't decide if it is a savannah sparrrow or a lapland bunting (lapland longspur in the US). Any thoughts would be so helpful. I'm also interested in whether it comes to the UK. Thank you.
