Thanks, my concern was after I saw a similar query on this forum dated 30.10.13 and a response from Semouraves.
As the wing and tail coverts seem pale or white it looked as if it could be a juvenile Woodchat Shrike.

Hi
This looks like a juvenile Woodchat Shrike to me
Note the overall pale ground colour especially on the back - hefty pink based bill helps too and the upper rump looks very pale too
Where was the photo taken?
