It's a Woodlark
Not sure there is anything left other than woodlark.
So roughly the size of a Lapland Bunting - but something else !
what size is a Coues's Arctic Redpoll ? lol I know there was one in Norfolk yesterday Perhaps your NOT summer visitor is a cryptic answer meaning Arctic !

Not sure about the size, how about a Waxwing?
Its about 15cms long Photo taken Yesterday!
So not summer visitor - not a Warbler then like Savi's or Wood - but is it about the same size ? I've run out of ideas !
