Gaspode's post of 04/04/2011 and the replies regarding Eagle statue scaring other birds away.

My question is almost the reverse of the question posed by Gaspode in 2011. I have been gifted a wonderful eagle carved eagle statue that would look magnificent in my large woodland garden BUT I am worried that it will scare other birds away, especially as it is nesting season. We put out feed and see many small birds from blue and great tits to nuthatches and robins and even the odd woodpecker (both green and greater spotted). Do I need to worry? Is there a better time of year to introduce the statue to the garden?
