I reckon you have a sparrowhawk there, possibly a young'un trying to work out where to hang out.

Certainly looks like a young Sparrowhawk probably sizing up what the hunting prospects will be like around the feeders in neighbouring gardens. Sparrowhawks treat garden feeders like fast food outlets which some people find upsetting while others find it fascinating.
