Hello,
There is a scruffy looking crow with no tail feathers in my area. He can't fly but is still quite active and jumping around. Occasionally, other crows attack him. It's sad to see, I'm assuming he's been rejected from his group. I would happily feed him but I own outdoor cats, and wouldn't want to encourage him closer to my home.
Is there something i can do, or should i let nature take It's course? Could someone please advise?
Thanks
Hannah
Are you sure it's a crow? Could it be a newly fledged young rook or jackdaw, or crow? Letting nature take its course sounds right in this instance, though obviously, I'd in the very short term, keep the cats out of its way.
