My cat has sadly killed a Blue Tit mum and both chicks are out of the nest. I don’t know where the nest is so I’ve popped them in a box and hidden them anway from my cat. Pleaae advise what to do next. Thankyou.
Hi, I have bumped up a post to the top of the page, what to do if you find a baby bird.
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
Fledgling, baby bird, what to do if you find one

As per the prev comments. Also, bird nests start with two adults. If one adult is killed by a cat (usually impossible to tell outside a nest which sex is which), the other adult is better equipped at feeding young than humans. Most newly fledged blue tits don't survive anyway, but boxing them up slashes the survival chances even more. I am hopeful that as you've been able to scoop up two young birds, the dead one could well also be a youngster.
