Poorly Bullfinch

Hello,

I’m very lucky to have roughly 20 Bullfinches visiting my garden but one of the females isn’t acting normally. For the past seven days she has been spending most of her time on the ground and coming very close to my patio doors, sometimes within inches of myself and the glass.
She doesn’t have any discharge or mess around the eyes or bill but is incredibly large and fluffed up. She can fly when she wants to but doesn’t seem in a rush to do so. She also will be here each evening, long after all the others have disappeared and seems to return each morning earlier than the rest.
I am aware of the Trichomonosis disease, keep my feeders very clean, washing weekly with hot soapy water then spray them with Ark Klens cleanser and move the feeding station to a new area of the garden once every two weeks.
I was just wondering if anyone else has had this in their garden, or if I should simply stop feeding the birds for a couple of weeks?

thanks in advance for any advice you can give,

regards,

Mark.
