Which country are you in? If correctly identified, you almost certainly won't be in UK. I am guessing it's a damaged bill rather than jaw?

Not sure why I would have said that, and if I had, I'd have been wrong to.
I did actually strongly suspect it was UK......but not sabine's. Checked my wording, as I know it is often not clear, but in this case, IMO, it was.
