I noticed a starling in my garden, when i went out it didnt fly away, i have 2 dogs and 3 cats so wasnt safe to leave it, i have an large empty walk in chicken coop so ive put it in there in a cat carrier which ive left open, left it food and water and it seems ok. Checked its wings and feet and all seem ok. It has a bald patch to the back of its head but no wound visible. There are a few fluffy feathers, is it just reluctant to fly??
