Coaxing out a trapped Blue Tit

Hi,

I have had a Blue Tit nest in my garden. I saw one of them fly under a gap in my garden fence and under next door’s decking. The only way to escape is the way he went in. I can hear he is trapped under there. There is another tit calling to it and flying around frantically. The neighbour isn’t bothered. Is there anything I can do to coax him from the hole on my side?

I read that they like berries so mushed a strawberry at the entrance of the hole  I’m worried the cat next door will get one or both of them

pic of hole and video of other bird.
