Hi Bianca, I can't see the eggs in the photo. Pigeons tend to lay two eggs, one at a time on consecutive days. Maybe there is more than one? If they have made a nest and laid eggs, then it would be against the law to disturb the nest. Whereabouts in the country are you?

United Kingdom Glasgow a stay a go out there everyday to smoke as a don't smoke in the house because of my kids and your not aloud to smoke outside in the landing and a stay far to high up to go all the way out side a stay 18 up in a house pluse a use the varanda as a storage place for big things like bed frame and now it's going to get all bird droppings

Check www.helpwildlife.co.uk and see if there is someone near you that might be able to help. I do pigeon rescues but Glasgow is a bit too far away from me.
