I joined the RSPB recently and opted to get involved in the online community. I thought it was a forum for friendly and constructive interaction with like minded members. However I have found that most of the threads are dominated by a member called Kevin Pigeon who repeatedly disrespects other members and posts offensive remarks regarding other members. I can't see any means of contacting the forum admins to register my concerns, so unfortunately I will be leaving. I have seen some phenomenal pictures and seen some good conversations so please continue.

If you click on his name you can report him as abusive. These sort of reports seem to eventually result in action. Usually the best option is just to ignore this type of poster. Often they are just trying to get a rise out of people. Proposing a cull of BOP usually does the trick.
I'm afraid it happens from time to time on here but hopefully they will soon be banned and we can get back to enjoying our lovely community. Hope you stick around ;-)

Sorry you're leaving us Albertro55. As others have said we do get these types now and again. They do eventually get fed up if ignored or get banned. We don't like folk leaving us, as generally we are a friendly lot who enjoy our wildlife and a bit of harmless banter, but I fully understand that you have joined at this unfortunate time.
