After yet another successful year on the Odds & Sods thread, initially started I think by Hazy, it might be wise to kickstart the 2023 thread off.
Thank you to those who have contributed to last years thread, and there has been very interesting odds and sods in "Odds & Sods 2022" that aren't enough to place into a dedicated thread, which you can look back on the following link:

What better for me, and as yet, I've not ventured far, ewe know what I mean, with this lassie on Baddesley Clinton estate yesterday....

Too far away to get a good photo. But still nice to catch a Little Egret whilst out walking the dog again today.
Little Egret in a drainage ditch at Moulton Marches near Spalding.

Another one too far away to get a good photo. This one is a Linnet I think. If it is, it is the first one I have seen. Still new to all this.
Congrats on your first Linnet Ed :o) Nice pic too
(Pardon the Scottish Accent)
Another walk with my Cocker Spaniel this afternoon at Moulton Marsh Nature Reserve. I love it there, right on the banks of the River Welland.
Managed to get a reasonable photo of a Little Egret. Out of 50 shots this is the one that turned out ok. Thank goodness for digital photography.
You all take care and keep on sharing your great photos with this great community.
Nice one Ed. Seems like your photography skills are like mine. Take loads and hopefully get a few half decent ones ...
