Absolutely stunning Bob...reminds me of a day when at falconry centre and a young Barn owl called Dave landed on my head and was quite happy there for a while...just aswell he was as light as a feather lol

I do love barn owls, but I've not seen one in the wild since the 70's, while working on farms.

Fabulous captures Bob, such a beautiful bird but I have not had the privilege to see one myself, yet, live in hope. Thanks so much for posting.
