No such thing as a Seagull!

As many of my birdwatching friends including in my local RSPB Group would say, There’s no such thing as a Seagull! Gulls yes! WinkWinkWinkWinkWink

Regards,

Ian.

  • I think the website is very interesting. Im not geting technical or anything but I’m still going to stick to the term thats less misleading.  Weather anyone else wants to use the term or not is up to them. But I usually say gull rather than seagull when  talking about them. But for writeing about them  I acidently  put seagull sometimes.  But I’m going to correct myself and use the term that my gut tells me use which is the more direct term.
( Gull.)  to me it doesn’t matter what the Collins dictionary says  and I don’t usually go by the Collins dictionary anyway so I’m going to correct myself and say gull for now on.

However more on topic The website is very interesting even though it’s doesnt have black headed gulls
