One of the local residents who I planned trying to capture today as it was less windy by the river but a couple of dog walkers anppeared and he/she was off downstream with the dog walkers following so there was no point going that way myself.
So I hear for the local Common Crossbills who were very vocal and very entertaining in their efforts to hang on or land in the howling gale.
