A walk in the park

I always envy those that can get really clear photos of Bullfinches - mine always seem so wary - your first one looks like he stole all the pies

Lovely set DB and how stunning that male bullfinch looks with his striking crimson plumage; Always nice to see a Treecreeper too, they have amazing camouflage and such beautiful plumage.

I kept my distance although they didn't seem too bothered. I'm surprised by how they seem to be able to change shape. I've seen them look pretty much round and then a short while later, look quite slender as they reach for something to eat.

Lovely bullies, and treecreeper, DB.... And is that a goldcrest? (Only on my phone!)

You were brave DB ! But it was well worth it! ...lovely tree creeper posing nicely as they never do for me and bullies on the ground!! Wee goldie never made it easy for you though lol.

Lovely set of photos DB always nice to see a bullfinch, whatever the shape or size, love the tree creeper too, i have not seen one for over two years now but I shall keep looking. And love the Robin. Well done.

A fabulous set of photos, and I think PB is right, that one that almost gave you the crick in the neck seems to be a goldcrest.
