Saw a couple of the above while walking through St James's Park (London) today. Initially wasn't sure what they were and had to resort to the internet in order to identify them! I presume that they are not wild, although I was under the impression that the only 'kept' birds there were the pelicans.
They certainly were! Should’ve taken a picture to post on here…
