Colour in October garden - few more photos added today

Just feel the need to celebrate something!!!!

My Bee friendly flowers still blooming

Forgotten the name of these, but they flower all summer long.

My Spring Clematis having another flowering!!

Honeysuckle

Busy Lizzies still belting out their colour

As are the Anemone

To finish my Welsh poppies - they pop up anywhere with their bright yellow colour to cheer anybody up.

Hope you've enjoyed my late splash of colour - feel free to add anything you like, from anywhere.

Lot to learn

  • Lovely photos Gaynor and what a difference to see a beautiful blue sky. I see the robin is already trying to announce his territory and attract in a lady !! Amazing how many buzzy bees are still around.

  • Thanks Hazy, it was lovely all day yesterday, today it has clouded this afternoon but I managed these few earlier on - I haven't seen Titch now for over a week and there is one male singing and ditting in the back garden - thinking Titch might have been pushed out, am carrying pastry in pocket when out but no sign yet:(

Nice Comma enjoying the warmth of the sun

Lovely clover field - probably before the farmer lets in the cattle

Ooops!!  cut down for fodder it seems

Fox poo, maybe that is what he thought of the mowing!!!

    Can't manage your numbers Linda:-)

This is usually the Jackdaw tree but Maggies don't care.

Blimey even the birds are social distancing

Gone chilly now, my one hand is freezing, means a cuppa on the way:-)

    Lot to learn

  • I just pressed "more" to edit my title and hope I haven't flagged you Hazy, apologies if I have.

    Lot to learn
