The close-up picture makes it difficult for me to recognize this bird. However, the pictures below can be generalized. I agree with TeeJay's opinion that this is a sparrow.
In my locality, there are quite a few sparrows, and I am also familiar with seeing it. Not sure where you got this picture? Is it stuck somewhere? Anyway I think you help it

I absolutely did not say this is a sparrow. Both Richard and I said it was a Siskin. I'm afraid I don't understand what you are talking about
