Starting with a first for me ... Sparrowhawk in neighbour's garden here in quarry, only ever seen a seemingly lost youngster many years ago!
Grabbed ID vid footage through d/glazed door, then battery died & by time I'd replaced it to go outside for better res a delivery driver stopped next door & frightened the bird off!! grrrrrr
Hope it's a one-off for the sake of my Spadger horde!

I bought it online. It's one of those novelty cork stopper thingy's for keeping out draughts. There was another in the shape of a big toe, but I thought this one would be better.!! :-)

I've just taken our spare bottles of wine to the new place - so are you sharing ? get another two glasses out of the cupboard and we'll mark out two metre sections in your garden LOL
A bedraggled and wet wood pigeon, that decided it was a sensible thing to sit on the fence in the pouring rain, while everything else seemed to be taking shelter!
This Wren has been perching in this obelisk and singing its socks of 2 or 3 times a day in the past few weeks but absent since the weather turned cold.
