For a good while yesterday, there was nowt to block the sun....
Until, just a few small fluffy white bits appeared....

Lucky to have 6 little owl families dotted around the local valley, well 6 that I know. I call this one security owl (for obvious reasons). Not seen him/her up on the security light for nearly a year so nice to catch a glimpse this morning.

Latest visitors to the quarry are Jackdaws picking & poking around, sometimes in Spadger & Starling nests, after eggs apparently or stashed food so I read on google! This pic & vid from 26th April but see them often now ...
