I returned to the Monadhliath Mountains to look for the mountain hares again in the hope of getting fome photographs of them in their summer coats, and perhaps even seeing some leverets. The hares were much harder to spot in their excellent summer camouflage, and were also more flighty than on my previous visit, but I did eventually find some that were willing to pose and came away with a couple of images I really like, and also had a great morning out on the hill!
