Catching up

Hi all, you may have remembered from my last post that I was getting married -well we did it on 25th July! It was lovely day -bright skies followed by a great meal at 15 (Jamie Olivers). I was dreading the photos part, but we had a great photographer who put us at our ease, getting us to clamber over rocks and paddling on the beach ! Photos will not be ready for another 4-5 weeks so I will see if there are any worthy of showing you, lol! For now you will have to settle with photos of wildlife from the past few weeks -firstly the gorgeous pair of Peregrines who fledged a few days after this photo, I saw them a few days ago flying with a parent bird, so fantastic to eventually see them fly after watching them from eggs!

a cute juvenile LT Tit

and Songthrush

I don't see foxes very often down here, so this one was a real treat!

beautiful Kestrel hovering

Seal chilling, Godrevy, Hayle

Shag nest-I was surprised how intricate it is close up

Gannet flyby

GC Grebe with chick

and one of the highlights for me (apart from getting hitched) was seeing this stoat,I've only seen them a few times and never been able to get decent photo

Best wishes, Jayne
