  Sat on a waterside fence post at a local reserve last week was a lovely Cattle Egret a nice addition to the year list and a first for the reserve

  Main reed beds (also known as East Fens), Manor farm bit of nascent Longwater road nature reserve, this morning at about 8.00am. Shame about the light and shame about the camera - ancient Samsung compact digital.
