Hahaha... my thought was Eider too, but not sure of the purple looking band on the right side, so then I stuck it in google lens....and it came up with...... Orca!!
Ahh, I did think Eider but talked myself out of it - then thought something in the Auk family but wasn't sure how they sit in the water

Well on my first look, at the head colour and marking, Osprey! Until I read other replies and saw the purple markings and the fact it was sitting in the water, does look like an Osprey head though, yes!!
Beauty is in the eye of the beholder.
