Think it's a solid ledge. They sit there and watch the pigeons and appear to be watching me. I tell everyone about them and some people are interested . Might even start going there on my days off !

Thanks for the photo, Benjamin. A record shot is a record--doesn't have to be a close-up or arty! Peregrines do seem to watch everything in their territory and when they stare at you, some say they're giving you 'the death stare' because their brow ridges give them such a fierce look. I love it when they do that. But actually, though I could easily be wrong, I believe they are just keeping track of anything alive in their territory--it could be lunch, or a threat, or it might be nothing to worry about, but they do appear to watch everything.

Currently keeping a close watch on Bournemouth (third egg due) & Wakefield for their first!
There are active Peregrine nests all over the country Benjamin, some with live streaming & others with static video recording gear monitored & published by avid watchers!
I intend to start a thread to encompass egg stats for the various nests I have been following not already covered in individually to keep them under one roof!
