I'd assume it's a male, ILR. As prev, females don't have as much white or colouring as that individual. If it was 'eclipse' time of year, wouldn't be any issue. Just the fact it's April and I'm not goosander fluent re when last year birds get to be adultlike.

I did ItisaRobbo but thanks anyway, I have another that I am putting on for ID that makes me think it is another chiffchaff but its best to check.
