- I have never in my lifetime joined a forum but felt so angry at recent articles in The Guardian regarding the killing and cover-ups of Hen Harriers and Goshawks etc that I felt compelled to ask 'Why on earth would you continue to have any connection with the royal family?'
Surely the humblest garden bird-spotter would make a better patron than these gun toting maniacs who along with their gamekeepers pursue their passion for killing wildlife in the name of sport.
If the RSPB can't or won't campaign publicly against these people and refuse their 'patronage' then perhaps it's time to drop the 'P' from your acronym.
