Hi!
I have a baby swallow in my garden, looks healthy and perfectly happy hopping about and the parents are above me in the sky and keep swooping down to check - BUT, I have read that Swallows never fledge and land on the ground, and that once they fledge they fly straight away....??
Please can someone confirm to me if this is correct, or if this little swallow is okay to be on the ground as his parents know he is there??
I don't know what to do!
