we would see her sitting in the evenings only, she's still sitting on that same egg over a month later, the egg Is obviously not going to hatch, when will she realise and give up?
That's a thought, earlier days we did see the male bringing food to her, but we haven't seen that for about a fortnight, however I've been away and my wife hasn't been watching very much, many thanks for reply
Most species are very good parents, and as suggested, it could be the male sitting. The best and only thing to do is watch and observe.
