Is that a Purple Sandpiper? If so that must be quite an unusual sighting in Norfolk at this time of year. I wish waders were so confiding with me.

Hi-
it's a juvenile Purple sandpiper- probably never seen a human ( or a Norfolk Birder) before so very confiding; I sat down and it worked its way around me;
I've seen juveniles at this time of year in Norfolk before

Yep, it's a purple sandpiper as Seymouraves has said. there has been a very confiding individual at Titchwell for a few days now.
