Hello from Barbara, Saltholme Reserve Volunteer, Hide Guide and now silver surfer!
Spring is certainly in the air. Early one morning last week, when I was helping open up the site, I was privileged to see a skylark aloft and great crested grebes pairing and beginning to display. Being a Hide Guide is very rewarding, talking to visitors and sharing the 'Saltholme Experience' but I have to confess I do look forward to my morning saunters around the site!
